kanika vohra

A fashion brand specialist nearing 30 years of experience, Kanika Vohra has spearheaded multiple brands in India across men’s, women’s and kids apparel gaining industry recognition as the ‘Woman Super Achiever’ by Asia Retail Congress (2009-2010). Prior to ICH, she was the business head and a founding member of AJIO.com, having introduced one of the largest exclusive womenswear portfolio in the country at launch. Further on leading initiatives in menswear and kids wear as well. Prior to this, she lead the brand and design thought for Elle, India and Weekender, working extensively with Disney for the latter . Kanika was among the key drivers of a singular signature for each of these brands, influencing multiple stakeholders across the business. anuradha chandrashekhar

A design and content enthusiast with almost 20 years of experience, Anuradha is deeply embedded in design solution thinking across a varied portfolio in fashion & lifestyle. A designer turned Marketer, she has lead the design thought for over 11 brands in India and globally in Men’s and Women’s fashion. Prior to ICH she was amongst the founding team driving the creative thought for AJIO.com, first on private label and then onto creative marketing; wherein she lead the integrated creative communication across channels. Prior to this, she was the head of design for Arrow, India in menswear. A strong believer in the design process and a certified design thinker, Anuradha’s expertise delves in brand and design solution, creative direction and content. Read More
